Professional Training & Development
Pittsburgh Mercy offers training and development programs to the community in the areas of mental health, alcohol and other drug addiction, intellectual disabilities, and professional development.
All courses are designed to equip health and human service professionals with the knowledge and skills to improve performance and customer service and achieve company goals. We continually analyze training needs and refine our programming to meet these needs. We pride ourselves in offering programs that are current, beneficial and promote best practices.
Pittsburgh Mercy is an approved Continuing Education Provider by the National Board for Certified Counselors. Our continuing education credits (CEU) in social work are available through a co-sponsorship of Pittsburgh Mercy and Carlow University, a PA pre-approved provider of social work education. We also offer computer classes so individuals can stay up-to-date with current technology and, we can provide specialized, custom training programs upon request.
